which kind of psychologist would be consulted in jury selection and witness preparation?

-

In most cases, psychologists are consulted in jury selection and witness preparation to help determine if a person is telling the truth. The psychologist will observe behaviors of the individuals and ask them questions about their personal lives in attempts to see what level of truthfulness they are telling. A psychologist might also be asked to read through a person’s criminal history or competency assessments as they can often spot inconsistencies that others might miss.
